Very bad experience in Delhi metro

Very bad experience in Delhi metro
nowadays they are using sanitizer for customers on bags & hands but (in Karol Bagh metro station) they are using sanitizer for customers faec and eyes

Whenever they are doing sanitizering they are using like a water and if I ask why are you doing like this they speak very bad
I don't understand what's the customer service whoever doing sanitizering inter time they speak very bad
