Overbooked our room and had nothing even remotely the same to accommodate us. Found out on the day we were driving in, but only after we called to confirm our reservation. Hugh the manager did not seem very sympathetic and kept telling us different things. First there was connecting rooms available, then there wasn't. Got tired of his incompetence so we canceled and booked at the residence in by the railroad tracks. Not sure if the trains will keep us up all night or not but at least we have a suite for our 4 person family.

Also the last time we stayed two months ago there was what looked like blood on the sheets. The security guard was running errands for the front desk and had to bring us some new sheets. They weren't even the right size either.

Management here is a joke. Not sure if it's a new manager or what but I dont believe anyone would rate 5 stars with this crew running the hotel.
