This isn t my first time here, but it hasn t been a pleasant experience. The first night we came here, we were told we would get an MRI in the morning. It took 2 days for us to get an MRI. And they wouldn t let us go home till it was complete. Now that it s over, they re saying we can t go home till the results come in which I was told was not till Sunday. Now they re telling me I will have to wait till Tuesday. The patient complained about the IV line hurting him, and he was told by all nurses that they will just keep an eye on it. No one bothered to change it, till the patient was annoyed that he demanded it to be changed because it was hurting him. The shower in the room they gave us does not work either. We told the staff,& they said they ll call someone to fix it. But 3 days later, it s still broken. All in all , this stay is just frustrating for the patient as well as the guardian.
