I lived at Carriage House for 2 years and for 2 years I paid my rent on time even though I had so many problems with my apartment mice water heater and water on my floors and ants and windows and sliding door off track and plumbing problems I was told that my building was the worst building yet when my lease was up I moved even though I liked the location and because I moved in the middle of the month I owe a balance and because I m on disability I don t get that much. Because of the balance I have not been able to get any place else and I have been homeless since July. I even cleaned my apartment like it was bran new and didn t owe a balance for that. It s very disappointing that I couldn t make payments arrangement so I could live somewhere else also they was going up on my rent. I ve applied for disability housing and still can t get in because of this balance. I m black and don t know if that s why. I have pictures of my apartment cleaned and always paid my rent. Management had changed and they would not work with me.
