We used to love coming to Ivywild and eating at Bristol, but the service has gotten so bad that we've stopped coming. There was one visit in particular where it took us over an hour to get served our food and drinks - they're either understaffed or just not prepared. The food is decent - nothing to write home about though. Maybe we'll return if we hear things start to improve - as of now it's not worth the wait or the parking trouble.
