Let s face it, this is the worst group for housing you could ever be associated with. The staff is extremely rude when contacting the office for maintenance and expect you to contact their maintenance portal. This portal is a joke, they will not respond to you, they will blow you off and then be more upset with you for filing multiple complaints. This group is also responsible for your HOA if you are a owner like we are. Experiencing multiple issues with our property up keep of the building, gates, gate locks, window seals ext.. Yet the biggest issue is getting to deal with the amazing hole in our ceiling for over a year from the upstairs neighbor s leaking bathtub... great job Triliji Group, I believe our complex will soon be dropping you as our property management.
