An amazing resource for the Hampton community. I had been doing a home practice with online classes for several years, and attended Floyd Yoga Jam a few times. When I decided to try "real" yoga classes I sort of expected the quality of "local" instruction to be lower than what I was getting online. Wow - was I pleasantly surprised! The staff at Tribal Yoga are world class.
