called and spoke with Jay, informed him I had a script for a wheelchair for my adult daughter, he asked what insurance, to which I replied medicare and blue cross. He informed me that only if medicare was the primary and wanted to know if I had power of attorney...I said no, however I have been handling her affairs for the last 10 years, to which he responded with I would need to bring her in to sign....he asked what kind of wheelchair I was looking for, I have no real knowledge of wheelchairs, so my response is something light weight and easy. He mentioned a transporter and quickly advised that my script/insurance could not be applied. I asked if a wheelchair would have to be ordered. he said they had a variety on hand. I told Jay I would come in and look and make a decision.
