Lorel Monroy helped me with a orbita watch winder purchase which she ordered for me. She is an amazing sales associate and very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and patient. I have been shopping at Feldmar Watch Company for a long time and I would never go anywhere else. I only go to Feldmar Watch Company for all my needs. Lorel has been assisting me for a long time and from the beginning, and when I come to this store I always ask for her since she is amazing. In general, everyone at Feldmar is very friendly, knoledgeable, helpful and patient and they know what they are doing. I also go there for servicing my watches and they do an amazing job with this as well. Lorel definitely deserves a raise and promotion and a bonus since she is so amazing! The customer service at feldmar is amazing and they are very honest as well. I bought a variety of products from there, everything from watches to watch winders and they have many other great products as well. Their showroom is also beautiful and very inviting.
