I was in the ER about three years ago and it was terrible. I had a deep hatred for the ER staff and hoped karma would come back to visit them with a bat. I was recently sent back to there by my primary doc and it was totally different. Great and attentive staff. Last time I was stuck in a corner for 17 hours with rude and disgusting nurses who shouldnt work on cars, much less people. This time was much better. Awesome, attentive and friendly nurses and techs all around. The floor, 2West, was even better. Mary, Sarah, Vanessa, Tamara and Donti were great. Super friendly and informative. Mark the patient advocate made sure all was going ok. Even the housekeeping staff Ryan hooked us up with the temperature controls. The food service staff was very nice also, going out of their way to make sure I was getting food. Way better experience this time. Good job on improving it. I d come back if I broke something or got sick again.
