Purchased this vehicle about 2 months ago from the Plymouth location (which I stay 3hours away). Within a week the engine light was on, I had loud humming noise coming from the car, the smell of antifreeze and my driver's side handle lock was not working. Took the car to the Steven's point location to have it checked out. They stated it was wheel bearings and they replaced the 2 back ones, got a new door handle and expansion tank cap.. Finally got my car back and started driving home only to hear the same exact noise and the engine light came back on not even a week later and the car still smelled like antifreeze. Took the car back and dropped it off. Received a call stating the tech heard nothing and wasnt sure what I was hearing, but there was a pin hole in the expansion tank that caused a fluid leak. I then drove back the next day and rode in the car with 2 techs. I pointed the loud annoying humming noise that you could clearly hear. So the techs suggested changing out the front driver side wheel bearing (which I was told they already had changed before I purchased this vehicle). I then get a call the next day stating they had to replace an oxygen bank 1 sensor 2. I was fine with that. I then get another call the day after stating they also had to fix an axle shaft and it would take a few days. I was contacted 3 days later stating the wheel bearing was fixed but there's still a small humming noise, so they hooked chassis ears to the transmission only to find out I needed a new transmission. Finally got my car back Friday of last week (10 days later) and now my seat warmers will not work, when backing up it sounds like something is dragging under my car, the "new" transmission does not shift smoothly and when my heat is on it sounds like a squealing noise is coming from the glove box, which was not a problem before this. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!!! I have never had such a bad experience in my life purchasing a car. Its definitely stressful and frustrating to know a company would sell cars like this to anyone. If there was actually a 125 point inspection done, then most of these problems would have been caught before they sold it. Buyer beware.
