Aircall is a solid voip service. With our company operating remotely due to the pandemic, it's been great to have an effective tool to transfer calls, manage availability, and track bread and butter stats.

Leaving four stars because we've had some persistent difficulties in integrating with our CRM. Also, the way that they handle "In Call" status is a little strange (all ringing phones show as "in call", whether or not they've answered).

Even with these, the Aircall Team is great to work with. Their Support Team has always been attentive and friendly.
