Very bad services. Used to be really good. Wait time upto 45 min. We got disconnected after 45 min wait three times. I am still waiting for completion of Washer repair (which is a complete break down) from last 18 days. I can't get hold of any one. Total waste of money. I am going to move my contracts out of Service America.
