The sales department is very helpful but the service department is not a pleasant experience. I've been in five or six times for general service/maintenance and every time Ive called to make and appointment they have said that they don't make appointments for services and that I should just drive into the "quick lane" (total misnomer there). This last time I didn't call, just dove in and was told that I needed to make an appointment that they didn't do drive-ins anymore ??! What a waist of time. So today I called to make and appointment and they are all booked up until after Xmas - its Dec 13th today. I have the prepaid maintenance package same as I did for my last car that was from One Toyota. Completely different experience there. OneToyota was Both friendly and punctual. Everything this ford service department is not. I would think twice about buying another Ford for this reason alone.
