CTR-- Cleanup & Total Restoration came to the rescue when our sewer line backed up and water from the washing machine gushed onto the bathroom floor from under the toilet. Our insurance company recommended CTR as a company that they have worked with multiple times. Within 3 hours, (and this was late into the evening) workers were at the site dealing with the water mitigation issues. Communication with the insurance company was handled in a timely manner and repairs to the damage commenced. The initial time estimate to finish the work was right on target and so important to us because we had a renter in the house who would be displaced during the repairs. Beau, the CTR specialist, kept me apprised of the repair schedule every step of the way. Because areas of the wall had to be replaced, CTR not only painted over those new areas, but painted the whole bathroom so paint would match perfectly. The bathroom was left in pristine condition---- even the bathtub cleaned up from the sewer backup!! We are very pleased with the service CTR provided and would work with them again if another situation like this arises.
