Internet service has been horrible, literally have had to call them 20+ times the last 3 months and have had field technicians come out to the house 4 times in that span. They act as if though it couldn't possibly be their equipment, even though the customer service reps couldn't see the equipment on their end and thought we had it unplugged. Then to top it off, they double charged my account and said the best they could do is put the second charge towards the following month, or id have to wait 4-6 weeks for a refund. Used to think Comcast had horrible customer service, but seriously starting to think WoW is leading the way in that department.
