Charged me twice for services that were already paid in the "package price." Also i piad for tori "extra bone growth removal" on upper tori on bottom and top bones.i didn't see any signs of removal on top and he shaved more off my right side than on the left. Because of that I have not been able to eat with my bottom dentures in. Causing much pain pain when I wear them. The office has agreed to take one adjustment off the bill but expects me to pay for for two additional adjustments. I was told by my main dentist that all adjustments were included. I am contacting delta dental insurance to let them know what is going on and also consumer affairs. I'll post more details with the resolution. After much stress and time waisted they agreed to credit the charges. My advice is get a complete paid in full receipt.
