Got into car with driver. Tried to speak to driver...

Got into car with driver. Tried to speak to driver and he said he didnt understand english. Proceeded to attempt to direct driver for turns and he did not understand even "make left"

Called Carmel the first rep wouldnt give a supervisor 2nd rep finally did. When I explained the situation and my frustration she said "well the driver chooses the route" I told her this has nothing to do with the route and everything to do with sending me a driver I cannot communicate with and she just repeated her previous statement. Rude and doesnt care about losing a 10 year customer.

I'm sure the driver was a nice person but they shouldnt have who is unable to communicate with a customer.
