This is an awesome place to buy a car. Sales, Service all are in cadence and great. I took my RAV4 Hybrid SE 2018 model delivery on December 17th 2018 and here is my review.

Sales & Delivery (5*) : Mr. Ozair and Mr. Lakshi are amazing and great sales personnel and delivery guys who took their personal time and interest to make thing in place for my new RAV4. I just mentioned few things which needed to be taken care and both of these guys were just on top of that. Right from the right product guidance to assistance in every step they took care of. One thing I saw they are not just limited to till vehicle delivery but even beyond. I remember I was talking to Mr Ozair while he was in vacation and was at his home country. Mrs. Jacqui is a splendid manager who made sure all our experience is awesome. From lease approval to everything was taken care seamlessly.
Service Engineering (5*) : (Mr. John and Mr. Michel)
As winter was approaching, I was also looking for Winter Tyre and Mr. John & Mr. Michel helped me getting a price match with Costco. This is not the end, both Mr. John and Mr. Michel are great in engineering standards and were able to explain the benefit of the axil gap impact on the new Tyre. They verified the vehicle and rightly balanced the wheel and delivered.

Car Detailing Service at Oakville Toyota (1* out of 5) : Very pathetic internal detailing during delivery. I am mighty upset on the service they have provided. Vehicle interiors were filled with lints, windscreen inside wipes were full of streaks. Sticker glue were not cleaned on the main body and stains were all over then I was scared as if they were scratch on my brand new car. Expect a good job next time from this department.

Toyota Product Quality (4* out of 5) : A. The Driver Side Mirror is defective and showing double image. I surprise Toyota is famous for product quality and they have defects.
B. The Audio system hanged once along with gibberish image for all application icons. I had to pullover and restart the engine to start my navigation. I was travelling from Niagra Falls back to Mississauga. (See attached image)
