(Edit: went in for a procedure to cauterize a blood vessel in my nose and Dr Phillip Linquist missed, as soon as we finished he said "well i think i got it" and as soon as i got home my nose was bleeding again.) Front desk will yell at your for inquiring about lab results. You get passed around on the phone because nobody wants to actually help you here. Im a veteran that suffers from severe depression and the frustration of trying to get even some simple help would be enough to put anyone over the edge. Nobody seems to think helping you out is their job and the "Forward Call" button seems to be pushed quicker than any other health care facility ive ever seen.
