This hotel made our spontaneous short break to Hamburg perfect! The welcome was very warm, we got a really nice room including an upgrade. Lots of tips for going out to eat or for trips. No matter what concern you had, it was immediately taken care of very professionally and lovingly.
We bought the tickets for our excursions directly at the hotel, sometimes with recommendations from the staff. (Harbor tour including Speicherstadt, double-decker city tour, night watchman tour St. Pauli, Hamburger Kunsthalle)

We are very happy to use the valet parking service and the employee was so incredibly personable and friendly. We knew in advance that the underground car park including service costs 24 euros a day. It didn't bother us, the car was safe. Public transport stops right in front of the hotel.

The room was very clean. With the record temperatures of over 34 degrees, it was of course quite warm. (We were told this before booking / checking in) At least one fan was available.

The breakfast is fantastic, well organized and the staff are incredibly friendly. You can choose from different dishes (due to the Corona measures). Everything is brought to the table. Whether scrambled eggs or fruit salad, a "mixed platter" with different types of sausage and cheese, or jam. The offer was large and sufficient.

The bar also has a wide range of drinks. Here, too, the staff was always very attentive and friendly.

All in all it is a nice hotel in the middle of Hamburg with the best and most attentive staff I have met so far. Thanks for the great stay, we'll be back soon!
