AVOID CURBSIDE DONATIONS! I had no issues with curbside pickups until they switched to their new trucking company. Clearly they are incompetent. I got an email confirmation of my town pickup. I spent a tremendous amount of my time gathering, boxing, bagging & hauling my donation items (which were of good quality mind you) to the curbside at 6am. THEY NO SHOWED. I just had a bad feeling when I read they had a new pickup/trucking company, & my instincts were accurate. I emailed them 2x (once on the day of, & 1x the day after). Crickets... no response, apology, or reschedule. (They have turned off their phones so you can t call them). I will NEVER signup for a curbside donation again.

It s sad b/c my items were of good quality, so due to this organization s current state of DISorganization, it s a loss for kids in need. I signed up for a Vet s pickup, (thanks to another reviewer s suggestion). Hopefully they will better respect & appreciate my time and generosity. Bottom line... if you can t handle curbside pickups during the pandemic, that s fine. Just accept in-person drop offs or cash donations. BUT DON T MAKE APPOINTMENTS FOR NO-SHOW CURBSIDE PICKUPS AND WASTE PEOPLE S TIME!
