Two separate instances I have called non emerg to make a report. In both situations I was told someone would be on their way, no one ever showed up.
Secondly, the dispatcher needs to learn to not argue or talk over people who are shaken up, in crisis and needing an officer. Not someone who wants to speculate and talk to callers condescendingly.
