I have lived at Hidden Lakes for years and have seen a lot when it comes to the management. But never have I seen a manager be so blatantly rude to residents. Hidden Lakes should be ashamed to have hired Melissa, at least move her to a position that residents don t have to see her or talk to her. She has to be the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever seen at that office. Every resident I have talked to has had a negative encounter with her and when someone speaks up she doesn t remember them or the situation was misunderstood , no that s her pathetically trying to save her job and how Hidden Lakes continues to believes that amazes me. I will not let you know who I am because I do not need a fake explanation or apology on how I misunderstood how rude that woman is. This use to be a wonderful place to live but now I don t even like going to the office knowing she is there.
