Wife and I are locals to the Melbourne area; we came here for a stay-cation. The room was great (clean, quiet, etc.). We are breakfast at the restaurant downstairs (a little over priced in general but probably appropriately priced for a hotel restaurant). The bar was ok and the staff there friendly enough. Nothing setting it apart from other mid-range hotels and we weren't looking for a wow factor or anything. We enjoyed ourselves and it served the purpose of our stay-cation quite nicely.
