I am in the beginning stages of this process with my loved one but first impressions are important and since this is a scary process for anyone going through this I would like to provide as much feedback as possible to help with this decision. The facility is secure, well kept, clean and quiet. We were received before even entering the door with a warm welcome and offered answers to any questions we had. I appreciate the care, concern and assistance provided in making sure that our arrival was as comfortable as possible. I was able to leave one of my greatest treasures in good care and have peace and hope about the steps to come. On the second day I was contacted by the therapist assigned to our case and I am still very well pleased with the care, attention and service being provided.
