Not bad. They took over a few buildings I was living in that were owned by a private owner or another management company. They had invested some money in the last place they took over and have been redoing pipes in the current building I live in. So they do put in a little investment. Could it be more? Probably. Could they communicate a little better? We all could, but anytime I have submitted a maintenance request they've been pretty prompt.
