Hi, I am a client who has been trying to get in touch with you for quite some time. When I call your phone number, it says to submit a request via the online account page. Well, I have done that, several times, with no response. You had no problem taking my money, that went smoothly enough, but now, when I need to ask you a basic question about my account, I cannot get any response. I hope you realize how much this destroys confidence in your ability to provide responsible insurance? Please advise on how I can speak to a human regarding basic questions on my account.
