Exceptional and special food. Very kind and helpful staff. What fascinates the most is the enormous search for traditional flavors and their combination with newer ingredients, all in refined, elaborate sandwiches, in which we see the studio used to not offer something usually. In my opinion unmissable sandwich and especially the carpaccio of luganega, traditional sausage that is difficult to find. Really not to be missed.
