Don't bother making an appointment for service. I had an appointment for 9:30 and couldn't even get in the service garage to talk to someone until 9:50 . Why would you schedule an appointment at this time. Also they take their sweet time with everything regardless if your waiting or not. They took 3 hours just to do an oil change when I had an appointment for it.
