I just had the BEST car buying experience I've ever had! My car got totaled last week so I suddenly need to research and purchase something to get around in. I stopped in to the Fulton Ave Niello Jaguar dealership and was greeted warmly by the staff. My sales advisor was JC Miller - he was so amazing! I had no idea what I wanted or could afford. He helped me narrow it down to a few cars and get a very good deal. There was no pressure at all; just helpfulness, kindness and respectfulness in all parts of the process.

Gina was my finance contact; she was amazing as well! I will never shop for a car anywhere else after this experience. Thank you Rick Niello for creating a wonderful environment that allows your staff to treat customers so well!! My sincerest Thank You!!
