Hotel was okay, rooms were clean. Restaurant staff was terrible. The waitress with the long red hair seemed bothered that she had to take our order. We ordered at 6:10, and we're hoping to make the 7:10 Braves game. Figured it would be no problem with only 12 other people eating. Ordered a burger, wings, tacos and drinks.

By 7 we still didn't have our food. The manager Tarik stopped by to ask how we were doing. We told him we'd been waiting 40 minutes for our food. He went over to the register to check it out and stayed over there for 5 minutes. I finally got up and told him to cancel our order and just charge us for our drinks. He just said Ok, and had the waitress pull up our tab. No attempt to rush our food or find out what happened. Since I was standing right there I could see there wasn't even any food on the order, so she must not have entered it. She handed me the receipt with no pen and walked off. I asked Tarik if she was new, and he just said Yes and walked away as well. No apology from either, no attempt to fix it.
