They sent me a generic letter in the mail a few months after purchasing my new home, saying they have low refinance rates and I am prequalified. I went online filed out there form, no where on the letter or on there site tells you that they can not refinance a mortgage that is less than a year old. I asked them to let the credit beauro know that I was uninformed before giving consent to pull my credit and they told me they cant do that nor help me refi. This company is just pulling people's credit that they can not even offer help to. Then refused to put in the effort to rectify this with the credit beauro or even admit to 50% responsibily to it. This is very unethical and shotty business practices.
**Hard pulls affect your credit and makes your credit go down for anyone reading this that is unaware.

Also if this is the way they handle their clients I am glad I escaped with just a ding on my credit instead of a mortgage that they didnt disclose a ballon payment or something else shady.
