Their customer service was quite good but something went wrong. I have to say that it improved this year but it's still not as good as it used to. Staff incredibly rude, condescending and so often callous to a fellow human being. Things to remember if you don't want to get robbed by Wizz Air: 1. Read all the small letters a few times. 2. Don't buy priority it's not a priority to the plane but to the shuttle bus unless you want to transport more stuff and need an extra bag. 3. Compare the prices with proper airlines like Lufthansa they are not that more expensive and sometimes even cheaper (check the prices WITH luggage). 4. Be prepared to arrive late if you even manage to take off. 5. Don't buy a connecting flight as Wizz Air tend to arrive late. 6. Use softer bags as they throw them out of the cargo area. Finally, they are not that much worse than Ryanair probably about the same.
