Good establishment on the very chic avenue de la toison d'or.

The welcome is most pleasant and attentive

Upgrade offered; in these times of confinement, restaurant, bar and room service suspended. The breakfast is however assured and of good quality with a very warm welcome.

-1 star for the decor of the rooms, which is not to my taste and a bit dated; I was in a suite but okay there is the surface area but the furniture and the decoration are a bit dated;

-1 star The cleaning was not done on Saturday (too bad when you stay two nights) - so no coffee in the room, no more water, shampoo and shower gel not replaced; finally the hair dryer did not work ... not up to the level for a SOFITEL and especially not up to the expected performance in a suite.

The overall rating is saved by the sympathy of the staff present and by the delicate attention left in my room.
