I came in wanting to see if anything could be done for my laptop which wasn't booting up. The area is very clean, and set up neatly with new laptops and large monitors. I was helped by Lucas who was very friendly and quickly performed a few tests to make sure of what the problem was. He was upfront about the pricing of trying to repair my destroyed harddrive and even recommended against paying for it to get repaired as the laptop is likely to fail again.
