I stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend for 5 day...

I stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend for 5 days and just had a bad experience. There are better hotels in Chicago. They charger us twice for our stay. Until we said something when we were leaving. Which was such an inconvenience. Our room had no heat. We were freezing the entire time.
