Saw blood stains in toilet closet, some stains in towels and shower was good. My complaints and feedback were taken into consideration and some issues were fixed. But unhappy to see issues in first place especially with highly priced room.

I give a 3 star because the reception manager Pranay was really accommodative and helpful.
