Service couldn't be more underwhelming or inefficient. Two very elderly people with their bagels and coffee order that had been prepared and handed to them had to stand behind us and wait and wait and wait while our sandwich order was prepared and checked out. They easily stood there for 10 minutes as their coffee got cold. Place is filthy dirty. Lots of empty tables but none had been wiped down. After an employee watched me look all over for a semi clean table, he went out and started cleaning table tops only to be told by another worker "you don't have to do that -- that's not part of your job". Manager stood there talking in the dining area the entire time and didn't lift a finger to help move the line or clean any tables. They locked us in for closing and then were rude about having to let us out. If the kitchen is half as dirty as the dining room, the health department needs to have a closer look. No excuse for this kind of service or attitude.
