Lynch elementary before and after care my three yr old Pre-K son gets written up all the time since winter break and yes not the good place for kids under 6 or can handle bullying on there own. After 7 months they finally made changes because leader was yelling at the children, very corporate, don't care about the community or building just want there money when they suspend my son for 1 day he came back they suspend him for 2 days without putting anything in place to help redirect the behavior but said he had a better day and still suspend him. Mind you this was the next director and her second day with this location. The next write was for 5 days and they told me before spring break he will be expelled the next time and when I tell the lady there about themselves oh he will be terminated if I talk to her that way again. They get paid for not watching him and I have to pay babysitter to watch my son. So how is this helping the community or him. This experience will keep me and my child and others I tell about YMCA away from any camps or before and after programs. They are not equipped with staff for the 30-60+ kids they have and only 3 staff members on site with no training or patience for Pre-K students.
