Hotel is generally OK, but may not deserve the **** Not all the rooms have a terrace, or a balcony, while ventilation is quite noisy. Some rooms even have a door (kept locked), connecting to the next room - ask, try to avoid (can hear the guests next door) Staff is kind and friendly. Breakfast is good.
