Dined at the Idlewyld Inn on Monday, July 21, 2014. The food and service was excellent. Two of us had the lamb and it was cooked to perfection (medium rare and well done) The proscuitto wrapped salmon was thoroughly enjoyed by my aunt and the tilapia was melt in your mouth. Vegetables with the proper amount of crunch and the desserts......mmmmmmm. Try the homemade doughnuts withthe separate caramel, creme anglaise and chocolate dips. The renovations have taken the Idlewyld back to it's roots. Spectacular! The ambience is lovely and we really enjoyed our extended birthday dinner. I thank the serving staff for their patience and skill.
