DECEPTION 1: "We improve the price of your insurance."
They lower the price a little when I go to the Mutual. Without giving any part, the first year they raised me 11 and the second year, without giving parts, they raised it 40.

I call to be informed of this rise and a very unkind woman repeats the same thing like a parrot: that she cannot give me more information, that is what the company has established.

DECEPTION 2: "We give you 2 months".
I have renewed in September 2020 and they tell me that this promotion will be for 2021.

By then I think I will no longer be in this company.
I feel cheated. Bad attention. I do not recommend it.
