I booked an appointment for service online and travelled 250km to get my brand new vehicle serviced on a Saturday. The girl in the service centre was rude and stated I didn't have an appointment I showed her my email she told me to forward it to her manager (which didn't go through).. my appointment was for noon waited 5 hours with a toddler! .. The girl at the service desk was utterly useless in offering a Shuttle she advised we would have to wait until later in the afternoon to get back to Toyota she had no timeline to offer and looked like a deer in headlights when asked how long the service might take.. I'm so disappointed in my experience here and if it weren't for the free oil changes I would never deal with these people again.. I miss my jeep!
