Worst experience ever. Called to get a smoothing anti-friz treatment. The person over the phone told me it would be a couple of hours, I got down there on time and 3 1/2 hours later I finally finished only to be told that the reason it felt so frizzy and looked so bad is that I had to wash my hair. Poor communication and a terrible experience. I m really unhappy with the results even after a day now.
