Have been trying to get warranty refund for 2 mont...

Have been trying to get warranty refund for 2 months and getting the run around. The warranty company said it was mailed to FunTown a month ago and Diana Kor at corporate tells me it will be another month. I bought a brand new RV with the warranty and cancelled within 30 days. I should get full refund and it should not take this long.

On another note, we found a leak by the sink and shower so I took in for repair. After 8 hours at the Cleburne shop, they said it was fixed but had to send off for warranty-paperwork to repair the wood cabinet that was rotted out. Called today and said they were still waiting for approval for the warranty repair before they could order the replacement cabinets which will take another 3 weeks. That was two weeks ago. Who knows when that will get ordered and It fixed. I still need to take it back so the leak can be fixed again

I am starting to get really frustrated and not like this company or the forest river ultra light rv

After another week and promises, still no refund This place really is bad!
