I had given my mother 1 ticket for the Christmas concert on December 18, 2019, in July of this year, on that evening we did not come to our performance because VW had rented the theater for employees and guests. A lady at the box office then told me that because I had bought the tickets at Eventim and not at the box office, no one could notify us beforehand that the appointment would be canceled.
We were given today's date as an alternative date. Annoying since we don't live in BS, but we can't change it.

After the really wonderful concert, off to the parking garage and heading home, the next annoyance. At the barrier, the machine told me that I had to pay extra - WHY? The nice lady in the cloakroom had told me that I could have my chip validated ..., behind me about 15 annoyed drivers, after a long time the voice of an employee waited, only 60 cents were reimbursed, and had stupid things rely on a statement.
Fortunately, the nice MA opened the barrier without having to run to the pay machine - thanks. Conclusion: Great concert, but more trouble than joy, especially since we had to drive 70 km each time.
