After completing the paralegal program with CDI I was referred to Impact Recruitment to help for job placement. I got the opportunity to work with Viktoria Jones, she was great! In our first meeting she really took the time to ask questions about what time of job I was looking for, location, and what expectations I had from the firm I would potentially get hired at. She really got to know my personality and was very helpful in finding a few different firms that were hiring. She was active in following up with both emails and phone calls to keep me informed. It was a great pleasure to work with someone who really cared and wanted to help someone find the right fit. She has consistently followed up with me on a monthly basis to ensure everything is going well. I hope other's that will be referred to Impact Recruitment will have the same experience!
