upon reading all the reviews hereunder, i really feel for them BECAUSE LOYOLA SERVICES is really beyond contemplation when it comes to customer satisfaction. nothing seems to be working with this company.... i had my claim filed last JUNE 19, 2015 and up to now to no avail.... SEEMS THEY ARE VERY GOOD IN IGNORING THEIR CLIENTS..... and in fact when i called yesterday i was informed that their davao branch HAS closed business already... this is really sad.... it seems my hope of claiming is lingerly diminishing.....
