I was hired as a Recruiter for the IT and Engineering team at Mattson about 60 days ago. I had been out of an agency environment for a number of years as a recruiter in an onsite for the past 8 years. The entire recruiting team here at Mattson has been extremely helpful and supportive. The team is cohesive and is doing great things. I am excited to be here.
